I like the drum machine/live drum thing. I think the machine/loop thing has to take a step back when the “Live” drums take over.
The Kick is a little clicky/spikey at times. But that may be the metallic percussion stuff hitting at the same time. it may be not as noticeable or even NEEDED when the vox, etc gets in there.
Also, the cymbals got a little crunchy/crispy a couple of times. But again… all of this may or may not be an issue when all the elements are complete.
Can’t wait to hear the rest of it…

Not to be a dick, but you can’t really make an informed recommendation without understanding the full context and the big picture. If I told you thinks I would do different, you run the risk of the idea being meaningless in light of how everything changes right away with a vocal.
…ever notice how hard it is to mix a vocal into a karaoke track? Like…no matter what you do, it always just seems to sound like it never blends (with some rare exceptions)? Just a thought
