Just bought the SynthMaster 2.8 and SynthMaster One combo. No problems with One but having issues with 2.8.
During installation a choice of where to install the program and the VST .dll are offered. I put the program on E: drive and the VST on the C: drive in regular place.
I get the “SynthMaster can’t find it’s data file, please reinstall the application” error.
I did that and installed everything to E: drive including the .dll. Then I made a new path and S1 to where it’s at. I still get the error but at least it runs and doesn’t crash S1 anymore. It is problematic and loads really slow and causes midi problems.
Anyone had this problem?
