Does anyone happen to know what they’re made out of??? I actually wanna know!
They don’t feel like Gold. But I have no idea.
I’ve never taken one out of its case. I’d be curious.
Are you guys talking about MFSL and DCC discs, because they’re real 24 karat gold. As far as gold records awarded for 500,000 copies, they’re colored plastic. Nothing more.
They feel like gold painted vinyl. Hmmmm.
And some have been know to have labels which show they are NOT the disc for which the award has been made.
