Allrighty guys heres my first mix.
I tried to go the modern route with this song. Ended up replacing kick and snare.
I used one of the DI gtrs to brighten the overall gtr sound a little bit.
Vocals pretty straight forward treatment, just a bit of slap dly on one side verb on the other going into a slight flanger and waves MondoMod, then an overall verb. Nothing big.

Like the movement on the guitars in the intro. Every thing is tight during the verse but i feel like the vocal is a little underwhelming in the chorus and not matching the good intensity and strength that the instruments have. It is a small thing really because the mix is good but i want the vocal a little dryer and ‘thicker’ for my taste. Overall really good mix.
Bashing as I listen: not a fan of the drums sound, which sounds like they have too much room/reverb brightness. This makes them more tiny than impact-full IMHO. Overall, I find the mix a little too wet and bright, but it’s probably a taste thing. Good luck!
great balance but i think the snare sounds kinda… too sharp? i think it would’ve been better if it blended better in the mix. and i think i miss a little bit of top end overall.
The acoustics don’t seem to have any weight, I’d try upping them around the 150 Hz range, and the normal guitars are a bit harsh. I’d drop those at 400 and 2-3 salt to taste. I also think there’s a bit too much reverb on the vocals, and that the backing tracks are a bit too loud that makes a mix that’s a bit too wide sounding. Sounds a bit compressed too, I’d drop the mix-bus compression for certain. Your EQ choices are head and shoulders above some of the other mixes I’ve been listening to however. Solid, but there’s room for improvement.

Solid nice mix, I like the chaotic drums.
Great guitars. I did not like weird stereo effect and type of hall in quieter parts. But I like your bass sound. I am used to mix drums from audience perspective so this sounded off for me. Great job.
The intro made me think that the guitars were pumping. Not sure if I like it, but interesting move. I feel like the vocals have a bit too much reverb on them. Lead guitar sounds good. Very good mix.
