Opening up a Boz effect in Sonar X3

I bought the Boz Big Clipper and I can’t figure out how to get it to open it up with windows and Sonar X3. Does anyone know how to get that into the program?

Did it get installed into a folder that sonar sees? Does X3 support VST3? Can you tell if it is scanning the plugin when you open sonar?

Sonar does support VST3. I have scanned and I don’t see it in plug-in manager. I don’t see big clipper, would it be named something else?

I wonder if I didn’t download it properly. Let me try to find where it got downloaded to.

It looks like it never made it into my download folder so I must of failed to download it. I remember seeing the download process but for whatever reason it does not appear now in the download folder so that is probably the problem.
