I listened to the track twice, on some JBL earbuds, which are actually quite good if you can get them jammed far enough into your ear canal.
Overall, I like the track a lot. The synth solo is nice, and stands out in the mix, as it should. I haven’t figured out the lyrics quite yet, but I don’t perceive it as a volume issue, I think it’s more that there’s a lot in the track to absorb, so I would understand the lyrics more with each listening.
My guitar bias makes me want to hear the solo a bit more out front, but it sounds good and is well played.
My last comment is I think you could go for a little more drive in the rhythm. The low end is good, but the song might benefit from a little more energy to propel it. I kind of hoped for a bit busier drum track during the solos to let the fills alert you to the varied sections; more rises and falls in the dynamics. Mostly personal preference on my part.
