Gotta love beavers! Very funny parody, certainly with the whacky choice of instrumentation just seems to fit. Again when I finally get round to judging the song, I don’t know how to interpret ‘radio ready’ in this case. If it was mixed and mastered as a ‘pefect’ modern day pop song it would probably completely spoil the effect. I don’t know if the not so accurate timing of the instruments is on purpose or not or if the whistling is supposed to be out of tune…but if it wasn’t I probably wouldn’t think the song worked. Mmmm… how to give a fair judgment, it’s going to be difficult
