Half speed mastering.
I had never heard of it, but apparently its to do with cutting to vinyl athalf speed for better harmonic quality.
Sounds cool!

If you are cutting vinyl, you can get better precision with the same gear if you do it at a lower speed. Just seems like a simple, effective way of making better use of the hardware that already exists, so long as the lower speed isn’t costing you anything.
