Here is a new one where I tried a new genre. I’ve been listening to a bit of Botanica(petalcore) recently and I thought it would be perfect for a short piece based on a song I just did. I made this as a kind of part 2 to this song I posted before. Sewazuki - Original insturmental - #15 by Chandler

Any thoughts about this, mixing or composition wise?

I really like the creativity here - very nice! I would have liked it to be longer and develop a bit more, though. The effects and soundscape are cool - very… organic! :slightly_smiling_face:

I think it all sounds very good; would be good for a short video or TV or movie scene. I see this as more of an intro for a longer song, but that’s just my opinion.

Thanks. I was going to make it longer, but then after doing it I realized why so many of the songs are 35 sec long. It takes forever to make. Maybe I’ll try something longer in this style in the future.

I guess I could use this as a lead in to the other song, but I guess I names it wrong if I do. Honestly people can just listen to it in any order they want and it is fine with me. Thanks for checking it out and the feedback.

Good sounds @Chandler; I see others in this genre do short pieces. Maybe if you did a series (suite?) of these that told a story?
