I was inspired by some of the 80s funk and R&B I’ve been listening to and decided to write this. This is for a contest, so if you’re wondering why there are so many synths and vocoder tracks, that’s the reason. Anyway what do you think of the mix/song? Thanks

You definetly go the crispy reverb right for 80’s sound. i think that you could take a little more of the low mids out of the vocal and it will sit better in teh mix. Fun song thanks for sharing.

Good tune and sound everything works. Maybe add some vocal harmony?

Cool! - sounds quite Daft Punk-ish. I’d love to hear some muted, single note funk guitar riffs happening. That would seal the deal for me - nice work!

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll try to adjust the vocal EQ a bit. If I have time I’ll add some vocal harmony and although I’d like to add guitar this is for a synth contest.
