I used to be more active on this site, but there were too many people who pushed their technical jargon to try and intimidate others and it bothered me enough to get into confrontations with them. I’ve always fought for the little people that are just learning.

Recording, mixing and mastering are not dark arts like some people lead you to believe. Don’t believe everything you read, don’t buy into the hype, and if some joker launches a bunch of links at you without leading by example and showing you proof he’s a bad ass, chances are he’s a windbag that can’t walk the walk. Many can talk the talk…be selective in who you listen to. If not, you can totally ruin whatever progress you’ve made. Take that advice from me.
